The Islamist butcher who killed James Foley is a Londoner

  A massive identification manhunt was launched to identify the man on black who murdered James Foley. A former hostage identified the masked Islamic State maniac (pictured above) as a Londoner he had known as 'John' - as security forces came close to establishing his identity.
